About the Whitehouse Business Park project
The proposed business park will propose approximately 27,000 sqm of employment floorspace over a number of buildings that are suitable for a range of business uses. The units will allow provide small/medium warehousing, offices and adaptable small business units. All units are provided with suitable parking and space for servicing and HGVs where required.

Location
Whitehouse Business Park is Located within the Western Expansion Zone of Milton Keynes.

The Site
Whitehouse Business Park is Located to the south of Milton Keynes and sits within the designated Western Expansion Zone (WEZ) of Milton Keynes. It forms part of Area 11 of the WEZ which is being developed to provide 6000 new homes. The Business Park sits within the designated employment area which is approximately 9ha in size.

The Proposal
The proposal has been carefully planned with a landscape-led approach which provides an informal and green setting for the business park. This allows the development to integrate with the forthcoming housing in the area and become an attractive location for businesses and visitors as shown in the plan images below.
The aim of the business park is to opportunities for residents of Milton Keynes who have small business that seek to locate to a purpose built area. The nature of the small business units are such that they will allow companies to adapt and grow without having to consider vacating the area.
Whitehouse Business Park is a planned commercial development aimed at supporting local economic growth. The project is currently in the design stage with a planning application to be submitted shortly. This is an opportunity for Whitehouse Business Parks Ltd to introduce the scheme and receive feedback from interested residents and businesses on the scheme. Our goal is to create an integrated and vibrant space, aimed primarily at small and local businesses, and we value your input to shape this project.
Next Steps
To date, Whitehouse Employment Parks Ltd have worked closely with the Council with the aim of delivering an employment development that befits the WEA and sits comfortably within a residential context. the scheme has evolved over the course of 12 months following valuable feedback from Council Officers which has led to a scheme produced that can be shared locally.
It is intended to submit a full planning application for the development shortly. This consultation process will provide valuable feedback that can hep shape the final form of development. It is important to receive feedback from what we hope are the end users of the development. This would allow us to adapt the scheme where proactive suggestions are made.
